1. Total Estimated Delivery Time (For Google Merchant Center)
For compliance with Google Merchant Center, the Total Delivery Time is calculated by adding the Order Processing Time (Handling) and the Shipping Transit Time.

2. Order Processing (Handling) Time
The order processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order, perform quality checks, and package it for shipment.
Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Our shipping services and flat rates are applied based on the destination.

4. Order Tracking and Dispatch
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which includes a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package on our website or directly via the UPS courier service.
5. Changes to Submitted Orders
There is a very short window for order cancellations or changes. Please contact us immediately after placing your order to attempt a modification. If the order has already entered the fulfillment process, we may be unable to make changes.
6. Restricted Products Notice
Due to federal air safety regulations, certain products are restricted to Ground Shipping only anOnce your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email, including a tracking number to follow your package. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and 1–5 business days for shipping, depending on your chosen method. CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

Important Notice: Certain products—such as Phloretin CF, Phloretin CF Gel, AOX+ Eye Gel, Blemish + Age Defense, LHA Toner, Conditioning Toner, Silymarin CF, Resveratrol B E, HA Intensifier Multi‑Glycan, and P‑TIOX—are restricted by federal air safety regulations and must be shipped via Ground only. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notification card with details on how to rearrange delivery or pick up your order.
